Electrolux Rewards Programme Terms and Conditions

  1. By registering for the Electrolux Rewards Programme, you acknowledge and represent that you have (a) read these terms, (b) understand them and (c) agree to be bound by them.
  2. The Electrolux Rewards Programme is intended solely for authorised AEG and Zanussi dealers and retail sales colleagues only.
  3. Electrolux will authorise all registration requests for the Electrolux Rewards programme, and reserves the right to reject requests if you are not from a dealer on the authorised dealer list.
  4. New dealer participation in the Electrolux Rewards Programme must receive written approval from Electrolux PLC.
  5. Employees of Electrolux PLC, its parents, subsidiaries, and affiliates are not eligible to participate or earn awards in this programme.
  6. Upon registration, participants will receive a reloadable Digital Prepaid Card which must be retained in your digital wallet for any Electrolux Rewards Programmes.
  7. Registered sales colleagues from participating retailers will receive an Electrolux Reward loaded to the Digital Prepaid Card.
  8. Registered sales colleagues from participating retailers may claim cashback on sales of eligible AEG and/or Zanussi products to end-user customers only. Eligible models are outlined in the relevant programme documents.
  9. Electrolux Rewards shall be paid to the Digital Prepaid Card allocated to the name registered to your account within 10 business days of your claim being approved.
  10. Reward claims under the AEG and Zanussi Rewards Programme must be submitted online at the AEG and Zanussi Rewards Programme website ( aegandzanussirewards.co.uk ). Electrolux reserves the right to verify all sales claims and sales invoice/receipt documentation verifying the sale and will be the sole judge of whether a claim is valid within the programme rules. Please refer to the AEG and Zanussi Rewards Programme website for detailed claiming instructions.
  11. The Electrolux Rewards Program is for purchases of “new” products only. Refurbished product sales, evaluation or demonstration unit sales are not eligible for promotions.
  12. No cash alternative is available.
  13. Electrolux Rewards can be redeemed at any retailer that accepts Mastercard.
  14. Once submitted your rewards claim may take up to 10 business days to process, once approved, payments are processed bi-weekly.
  15. Please be aware that Electrolux PLC does not cover either the basic or higher level of tax due on all rewards earned. It is the responsibility of the claimant to personally account for all tax liabilities with HMRC through a self-assessment tax return. For the purposes of inclusion in your tax return, details of all claims that have been paid to you can be found on your account via www.aegandzanussirewards.co.uk. Electrolux PLC will continue to ensure that any National Insurance due will continue to be paid on all rewards.   16. You can obtain full details of the net value of your Electrolux Rewards throughout the year from aegandzanussirewards.co.uk. Once logged in, you can view and track any Electrolux Reward payments, including the exact amount received and the date that any payments were processed. This includes all information since the date of registration and the subsequent approval. Payment history can be exported into an Excel spreadsheet to obtain a more formal record for the annual self-assessment process. You will then be able to enter both the gross value and the tax paid by Electrolux PLC on your return. Recipients can request a certificate from Electrolux plc annually showing the gross taxable value and basic rate income tax settled on their behalf by emailing aeg@promotion-support.com. Alternatively, the basic rate tax amount can be calculated as 25% of the net amount and gross value as 125% of the net amount.
  17. Electrolux PLC will be the official judge of all programme rules and reserves the right to alter, modify or cancel the Electrolux Rewards programme at any time without prior notification or warning. In the event of programme termination, participating retailers and individuals will be provided 28 days from the programme termination date in which to submit final reward data.
  18. Personal data submitted by participants of the Electrolux Rewards Programme will be shared with Benamic Limited and its sub-contractors for the sole purpose of operating the Electrolux Rewards Programme. Personal data will only be processed in accordance with the written instructions of Electrolux PLC and the privacy policies of Electrolux PLC and Benamic Limited (https://www.aeg.co.uk/overlays/data-privacy-statement and https://www.benamic.com/privacy-policy/). Personal data supplied during the course of this Electrolux Rewards Scheme will be retained for 12 months from the end of the Electrolux Rewards Scheme.
  19. Programme participants waive any and all claims of liability and hereby, release, indemnify and hold harmless Benamic Limited and Electrolux PLC and their parents, subsidiaries, affiliates and their shareholders, directors, officers and employees from and against any accident, loss or injury occurring as a result or consequence of this programme or any Reward received, or not received through the programme.
